It has combinations of four types of features that are Outstanding Reminder Auto Mail, Group wise Follow-up, Next Date Filter, and Show log. All Outstanding reports we can send automatically to our client. These Modules have specially designed to suit specific needs within organizational management and general accounting.
Auto Email: We have been able to send an outstanding Reminder with this module to the client to receivable a bill of exchange on which payment is expected to be received at later date. The Tally Prime displays all the outstanding receivable bills during a specified period.
Follow-Up: In the Follow-up feature, you will find your next upcoming follow-up date & time, with filling details Follow-up details “Follow-up by” –who take follow-up, “Follow- date”- defined the current follow-up date and time, “Contact Person”- with whom did you talk?, “Remark”- You can give any remark as per speak with our client, “Next Follow-up Day”- How many days are left for your upcoming reminder date, and “Next Follow-up Date”- As per your conversation with your clients.
Next Date Filter: This module shows all outstanding group-wise, so how you will know what is next date outstanding follow-up date? With the “Next Date Filter” feature, you can find what is your upcoming outstanding reminder date This report displays the outstanding receivables for a particular party ledger during a specified period.
Group-wise: This report displays the outstanding receivables or payables during a specified period for an entire group – Sundry Creditors or Sundry Debtors.
